I often tell my friends that I’m always here for them if they ever needed me
It’s a repetitive statement that I tell my closest friends regularly. Whenever they’re going through a hard time, I remind them. Hoping that they feel comfortable talking to me about their current situation.
But they rarely do. And I don’t mind.. well not until I see them openly expressing how there is no one there for them. How they have no one to rely on. I start to question how close I really am to these people. If i ever was close to them at all.
And then i start to believe I wasn’t, nor will I ever be. I realize im alone in this world, and i just got to deal with it.
